Norwegian fjord at dawn with a network of glowing nodes across the sky

Nordic trust.
Digital capital.

Institutional real-world asset credit infrastructure — secured Scandinavian real estate loans, tokenized fund interests across chains and a hybrid DAO with bounded, transparent governance.

The thesis

Two worlds.
One system.

On-chain

Digital capital, investor positions, attested NAV references and governance.

Off-chain

Legal investor register, loan files, real estate mortgages and NOK settlement.

Never uncovered

No token without confirmed subscription, settlement and legal registration.

01 — Architecture

Five layers. Fifteen modules. Clear authority at every boundary.

  1. 01ExperienceInvestor, borrower, operations and governance portalsAuthenticated users; no direct privileged blockchain access
  2. 02Financial coreFund administration, credit origination, servicing, NAV, accountingLegal records and approved mandates are authoritative
  3. 03Capital operationsCustody, bank integration, FX, USDC and NOK settlementSegregated assets; independent approval
  4. 04CrosschainTokenized fund shares, controlled vaults and governance across supported chainsChain-specific authorities and on-chain invariants
  5. 05AssuranceReconciliation, audit logs, SIEM, monitoring, incident responseIndependent verification and escalation

Consolidated, chain-agnostic programs limit complexity and cross-chain exposure. Governance is a separate, controlled domain — it never replaces fund administration, credit or custody.

02 — Capital Pools

Three tiers. Built to grow steadily.

Phase 1

Core Credit Pool

Diversified portfolio of secured real estate loans. Investors share risk and returns according to the fund agreement.

Phase 2

Project Vaults

Separate vaults per project, each with its own term, rate and collateral — direct exposure to individual projects.

Institutional

Mandate Vaults

Tailored mandates for larger capital partners with their own criteria, limits and reporting.

03 — Hybrid DAO

Real governance. Bounded by design.

The DAO has genuine control over the protocol — but fiduciary, compliance and credit controls stay with accountable, regulated people.

The DAO governs

  • ✓Protocol parameters
  • ✓DAO treasury allocations
  • ✓Software governance & upgrades (with review)
  • ✓Security council mandates

Protected from token votes

  • ✕Fund assets
  • ✕Credit releases & loan payouts
  • ✕Collateral rights
  • ✕Compliance and valuation decisions

    Proposal

    Drafted, policy-checked, immutable payload

  2. 02 →

    Vote & delegation

    RWA-GOV weighted, no double counting

  3. 03 →

    Timelock

    Time delay before any execution

  4. 04 →

    Execution

    Default-deny policy, executes once only

04 — Governance token

RWA-GOV

A governance asset for participation — separate from tokenized fund interests. It is not a claim on loans, property, fund NAV or revenue. Name and ticker are working placeholders; no token has been launched.

05 — Capital Flow

Every krone, traceable.

Reconciliation continuously compares bank, custodian, on-chain state, investor registry and the double-entry ledger. Exceptions block unsafe actions downstream.

  1. 01Investor is verified — KYC, eligibility and wallet binding
  2. 02Subscription agreement is signed, legally binding
  3. 03USDC is received and reconciled against bank and ledger
  4. 04Fund shares are issued as tokens on the settlement chain
  5. 05Treasury converts to NOK via bank settlement
  6. 06The real estate loan is disbursed once conditions are met
  7. 07Interest and principal are booked in an independent NAV
  8. 08Approved distributions are paid in fiat or stablecoin

06 — Security & risk

Prevention, detection, containment, recovery.
